No. Urgent Care Concierge is a cash-pay telehealth service. We do not bill insurance for these virtual urgent care visits. This allows us to keep pricing clear and avoid surprise clinic bills.

Outside costs, such as medications, labs, imaging, in-person urgent care, emergency care, or specialist services, are separate and are not included in the visit fee.

Your visit fee includes the clinician evaluation, medical decision-making, treatment plan, prescriptions sent when clinically appropriate, lab or imaging orders when clinically appropriate, after-visit instructions, and one 48-hour same-issue clarification window.

No. Prescriptions are not guaranteed. Medications, including antibiotics, are prescribed only when clinically appropriate.

Many common illnesses, such as viral colds, viral sore throats, and many cough illnesses, do not require antibiotics. If medication is appropriate, the prescription will be sent to your preferred pharmacy.

If the clinician determines that your concern is not appropriate for telehealth and you need in-person urgent care or emergency evaluation, you will be advised where to seek care.

If you are seen virtually and no treatment, prescription, lab order, imaging order, or work/school note is provided because telehealth is not appropriate, Urgent Care Concierge retains only a $25 clinical triage fee and refunds the remainder of your visit fee.

No. Urgent Care Concierge does not prescribe controlled substances through this telehealth urgent care service.

This includes opioid pain medications, benzodiazepines, stimulants, controlled cough medications, sedatives, testosterone, and similar restricted medications. We also do not initiate injectable weight-loss medications through this urgent care telehealth service.

No. You must be physically located in Arizona at the time of your telehealth visit.

If you are outside Arizona, please seek care from a clinician licensed in your current state, an in-person urgent care, or an emergency department if symptoms are severe or concerning.

No. Urgent Care Concierge is not an emergency service.
